Marty Nelson was engaged by Brown Commercial Building to supply and install a high-capacity, three-phase reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning systems at BP Parkes, delivering reliable climate control throughout the large commercial space.

Utilising Fujitsu Air Conditioning equipment, the installation comprised three 15.5kW Fujitsu units (ARTH60KHTA), one ARTC72LATU unit and one 10.0kW Fujitsu unit (ARTH36KHTA). The system was designed to provide the airflow and cooling and heating capacity required across the various areas of the facility. The project’s ventilation system comprises a combination of mechanical exhaust fans and roof cowls to provide effective air extraction and ventilation throughout the building.
